K-1 World Grand Prix 2002 Preliminary Spain or K-1 Spain Grand Prix 2002 was a kickboxing event promoted by the K-1 organization. It was a preliminary qualifying tournament for the K-1 World Grand Prix 2002 and involved eight fighters based in Spain, with all bouts being fought under K-1 Rules (100 kg/156-220 lbs). As well as tournament bouts there were also a couple of 'Super Fights', fought under K-1 Rules. In total there were twelve fighters at the event, representing three countries.
The tournament winner was Ricardo Duenas who defeated Juan Garcia in the final by way of first round knockout. By winning the tournament Ricardo Duenas would qualify for the K-1 World Grand Prix 2002 in Las Vegas. The event was held at the Madrid Arena in Madrid, Spain on Saturday April 13, 2002.
